Blueberry Balsamic Glaze

For our Blueberry Balsamic Glaze, we ferment organic, sweet, summer, blueberries for days with rich, organic balsamic vinegar, organic whole cane sugar and organic lemons. To tell the truth this one we hide, we love it so much it is hard to share! Great as a salad dressing, a dipping sauce for fresh veggies or wings or cooked over your favorite meat, the last 15 minutes like a sweet BBQ sauce.
