The Jelly Queens Six Pepper Jelly has won two, yes two International Flavor Awards. A little different than traditional pepper jelly, this one is made with balsamic vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar. It is rich and deep with a nice habanero finish. I use three kinds of fresh peppers and three kinds of dried peppers to make it. A favorite over goat or cream cheese, and perfect on a charcuterie board.
