Each class includes a lesson, recipes, and a tasting
Lesson 1 Requirements
Students will be required to bring:
* one 8oz case (12 jars ) of mason jars with new never used lids
&
*4 lbs of the fruit they want to learn to preserve - fresh or frozen
Students will give advanced notice to Donna
so flavors will not be duplicated as
each student will go home with
1 jars of each flavor made by classmates.
